We know it can be daunting trying out a new fitness method and we’ve seen the CrossFit fail videos on youtube… The truth is, the videos you see on social media is often of the elite CrossFit competitors. What we do at our gym is grass roots, its aimed at the general population and we know you’ll be plesently surprised to see just how achievable and safe CrossFit can be!

We make sure our members are well educated and equipped to get the most out of each workout, and to minimize injury. The 4 session Elements course is designed to teach you the basic movements in a small group or one on one. In order for you to increase your work load in the gym, you need to be moving efficiently, safely and have a good understanding of the different techniques.
One On One Personal Coaching
A focused one on one coaching session can be extremely helpful and can often hold that moment of breakthrough where things just ‘click’ into place. If there is an area of your CrossFit game that needs some focused attention then a Personal Coaching session is for you. There are a number of high skill movements like the Olympic lifts or gymnastics movements like handstand push ups and ring muscle ups that require a ton of technique work. The Personal Coaching session provides this focused environment for you where you can make some rapid improvements.

The goal of Carnival CrossFit Kids is to provide the knowledge, ability, and skills which will allow our youth to grow and mature instilled with the virtues of an active and healthy lifestyle. As well as playing an active role in injury prevention for children participating in specialty sports. Carnival CrossFit Kids is a progressive coach led kids gym program. The class structure across the age groups is generally the same. Classes include a warmup, skill drills and workout and exercise intensive games.
High Intensity Boxing Class
BoxFit is a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting between 45 mins to one hour. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.
It’s all about working up a sweat and toning those muscles.
